Smartphones, the trend this era has proved to be an increasing passion as well as need of the new generation and so has become a challenge for the smartphone developing companies to bring out the best for their users and to give tough-time to the competitors. Smartphone wars are just like daily routine in developmental technology. One of the top smartphone brand apple has launched many models of iphone till now and are up to their next goal, The iphone 6.

The launch of  iPhone 6, to dazzle the smartphone world, is expected by the end of this year, probably September 2014.

Rumors about the leaked design concepts of i6 say that Apple would use “Quantum Dot Display” as the display technology to show up a colorful display making it look more accurate and natural. These are in fact semiconducting nano-crystals that create quantum effects.

However some sources believe in introduction of Curved glass display as the iphone 6 is going to be differently featured from its previous models because of having the waterproofing feature in it. Apple has been using Corning’s Gorilla Glass as the protector which is now going to be replaced by fully embracing Sapphire Glass technology which would be manufactured by GT Advanced Technologies.
